Overview

The account manager shall secure short and long-term profitable business for the company through proactive business development and management of internal resources based on fundamental understanding of the customers’ business, operations and objectives. Act with strong authority and accountability to develop the business relation and actively contribute to making customer successful.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing customer relationship based on fundamental understanding of the customers’ business and stakeholder objectives.
  • Developing long-term business with the clients by building and maintaining key relationships and trust as well as identifying profitable business opportunities based on strategic partnership.
  • Building relationship with senior client executives to achieve “

trusted partner”status and address the entire business needs of the client.

  • Collecting information of market, competitors and clients for business development
  • Responsible for all aspects of pre-sales activities, including requirement discovery, solution design, proposal preparation, presentation and quotation
  • Involvement in commercial/technical presentations to new and existing clients to promote existing and new products
  • Working closely with other teams to ensure quality and profitability in delivery

by securing contract fulfillment, including the delivery of services and products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or above, telecommunications, computer sciences or related majors
  • 5+ years technical sales experience in the telecom market
  • Proven ability to secure orders in the competitive market Strong business acumen and good insight into customer’s business priorities
  • Excellent sales management capabilities, preferably with key account

management

  • Solid knowledge with ICT industry
  • Familiar with telecom solutions; possessing the knowledge of the markets,products, processes, etc.
  • Strong focus on achieving results and operational excellence
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
  • Strong communication skills and fluent in English
