Work remotely during pandemic state
Key Responsibilities:
1) Conduct technical communications to new and existing customers for products;
2) Work with Sales Team with customer-facing technical pre-sales assistance;
3) Collect technical related information in the market or from clients;
4) Deliver product presentations and demonstrations, and provide technical
knowledge support at external and internal facing events;
5) Participate in bidding process and clarify technical solutions to clients;
6) Build technical relationship with prospects and/or existing customers.
Requirements:
1) At least 3 years of work experience in cloud industry, understanding cloud
computing, big data, etc.
2) Have a deep understanding of the Brazilian cloud market;
3) Skilled at products documents and solution drafting;
4) Have a keen business sense and able to quickly discover and respond to
customer needs;
5) Team player and strong ability to withstand pressure, courage to accept
challenges;
6) Highly skilled in customer communication, delivering presentations, solution
defense and influencing customers in Fiberhome’s favor;
7) Ready to travel upon request;
8) Fluent English is mandatory.
