OSS/IP Technical Support Engineer *1
Key Responsibilities:
1) Handle network management system failures and customer requests;
2) Deal with network changes within the network management system, including
network management system upgrade, etc;
3) Responsible for daily maintenance and inspection of network management
system, including reporting network failures to customers, etc;
4) Responsible for internal and external communication and coordination, and
establishing good stakeholder relationship;
5) Draft weekly report and other work reports.
Requirements:
1) Bachelor degree or above in telecommunications or network related major.
2) Familiar with network management system, experience in maintaining medium
to large networks
3) Familiar with TCP/Ip Protocol, IT knowledge
4) Holding CCNP is a plus.
5) English is mandatory.
